Terms of Service

1. What Tesor is

Tesor is a crypto wallet with a built-in messenger. You must be at least 18 years old to use it. Tesor is not a bank, and nothing here is investment advice.

2. Your keys, your funds

Keys for your on-chain addresses are generated on your device. We cannot see them, and funds on those addresses move only when you sign. Instant transfers between Tesor accounts, deposits you open in Earn and escrow deals are kept on your Tesor balance, which Tesor holds for you until you withdraw. We cannot reverse an on-chain transaction or restore access if you lose your recovery phrase.

3. What you agree not to do

Do not use Tesor for anything illegal, try to break or overload the service, impersonate others, or resell access without a written agreement.

4. Fees and networks

Tesor charges no fee for sending USTT between Tesor accounts. Public blockchains carry a network fee that goes to the network, not to us.

5. Where the app works

Exchange and earn features are available only where we are licensed to offer them, and what you see in the app depends on where you are.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the app running, but maintenance, network outages and app-store reviews can interrupt service. Your on-chain funds remain yours.

7. Changes

If these terms materially change, we will tell you inside the app at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
