Privacy Policy

Tesor is a crypto wallet with a messenger built in. This policy says what we collect, what we cannot see even if asked, and how long anything stays.

1. What we collect

Username and profile details; messages, photos, voice messages and files you send; public wallet addresses and the transfers and deposits you make in Tesor; device model, app version and the city of devices signed in to your account; crash reports. Messages are encrypted in transit and stored on our servers so they can be delivered and synced — they are not end-to-end encrypted.

2. What we never see

Private keys, recovery phrases and PIN codes stay on your device. We never receive them.

3. How we use it

To run your account, deliver messages, prevent fraud and fix bugs. We do not sell your data or build advertising profiles.

4. Who else is involved

Infrastructure providers process data on our instructions. Blockchain transactions are public by nature once broadcast.

5. How long we keep it

Account data while your account exists plus 30 days, and crash reports for 90 days.

6. Your choices

You can export or delete your account data. Write to privacy@tedr.app from the address on the account, or ask us from inside the app, and we answer within 30 days. Deleting the account removes your profile, messages and balances held by Tesor; records already written to a public blockchain cannot be removed by anyone, including us.

7. Children

Tesor is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger; if we learn that we have, we delete it.

8. Changes

If this policy materially changes, we will tell you inside the app at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
